What is Onvio Client Center?
Onvio Client Center is a secure online portal that allows our firm to send, request, and share sensitive documentation with you safely and securely. Onvio allows us to protect your personal information while also allowing our firm to collaborate with you. Importantly, the Onvio Client Center also allows you to upload tax documents and other sensitive information that allows us to prepare your taxes. Your Onvio portal will remain active as long as you remain a client which will allow you to download shared documents – such as tax returns, tax source documents, and other important documents.
How do you get started with Onvio?
You will be able to get an Onvio portal by calling or emailing us to request your portal to be activated. Once we activate it, you will receive an email to register your portal. Your username will be the email that the registration is sent to. You will then be prompted to set a password once the email is sent to you. Please keep your email and the password that you created in an easily accessible spot so you can login at any time.
How do you upload documents to Onvio?
There are a few different ways to upload documents. On the front page of our website there is a direct link to login and upload documents directly. But, if you don’t have a scanner, you can also download the Onvio App on Android or Apple. This app has a built-in feature that will let you use your phone’s camera to scan documents directly into Onvio.
